AePS - Merchant Transaction Authentication

NOTE -

1. All Merchants are required to provide Aadhaar based biometric authentication for every AePS cash withdrawal transaction.
2. 'reference_tid' obtained from Merchant Authentication api will be required in AePS transaction api to authenticate.

This will help to identify the agent assisting the customer to do the cash withdrawal transactions, which shall avoid future transactions by the Merchant reported to be involved in the inappropriate activities.
