Send Aadhaar OTP

Sent an OTP from UIDAI to the user's mobile number linked to their Aadhaar number

Dispatch an OTP from UIDAI to the user, which is required to fetch the Aadhaar details.

Aadhaar Consent is required to send the Aadhaar OTP.
